To logically explain how the basic elements of self-defence work.
Provide people invaluable personal experience from a wide spectrum of model situations in a safe, friendly environment.
Teach a simple but effective & versatile pattern easy to remember even under stress.
Finally show active people a new perspective on their body & also give them advice how to vitalize the body & keep it flexible.

The shortest version of the Wing Tsun Kung Fu Self Defence in London Workshop runs to 4 x 1/1.5 hours. This shorter Workshop provides the most important information about tactics & strategy but there is not enough time to obtain personal experience or improve subconscious reactions. Recommended duration of basic Self Defence in London Workshop is 8 - 16x 1-1.5 hours.

Finish
The Wing Tsun Kung Fu Self Defence in London Workshop can be finished with an exam.
Then students obtain the Certificate WT Self-defence Workshop Course "Think before the fight!"
After every class students also obtain practical resume from class & one comprehensive brochure after the Workshop.
